Phoenix is known for repurposing and breathing new life into buildings with a cultured past. The heart and soul of the downtown art districts, Roosevelt Row is a great source of inspiration. Whether we are working with an apartment or a home, we love to keep the heart and soul of historic houses but add updates for a more comfortable stylish dwelling.
Many of the properties we work with are in the Garfield neighborhood built in the 1853-1955. A quaint district that lies just off of the eclectic arts district Roosevelt Row and houses restaurants like Welcome Diner and the newly opened Gallo Blanco Cafe y Bar.
The Historic District contains almost 800 homes and consists mostly of bungalows and pyramid cottages.
Whether you live in downtown or uptown there are 35 different historic neighborhood that you need to know in Phoenix. All varying in age price range.
